Onboarding Schedule

Your FreightMath onboarding runs across four meetings, plus a separate session for your finance and accounting team covering MapLedger, costing, and benchmarking.

Each meeting builds on the one before it and sets up the next. By the end of Meeting 4, your team will be running FreightMath independently with a set of KSM-led recommendations for your network.

Before Meeting 1
Read the “Welcome to FreightMath” onboarding email, authenticate on your FreightMath SharePoint site, and skim the FreightMath Glossary. The FreightMath Guide is the companion to every meeting.

Program overview

The onboarding path moves from foundational concepts and network setup, into your freight network and spot pricing, then into BidRight, and finishes with a KSM-led period review.

This session is designed for your finance and accounting team, not the group joining Meetings 1 through 4. Some attendees may overlap, but plan to include whoever owns costing, GL reconciliation, and benchmarking on your side.
