Synthetic brokerage and 3PL data structured the FreightMath way — load-level margin, lane and customer profitability, and buy / sell OR.

How the Logistics view differs

Same FreightMath math, applied to non-asset freight.

Buy / sell OR

Non-asset loads are measured on the spread between what the customer pays and what the carrier is paid, plus the overhead the brokerage consumes to move it.

Margin per load, not per mile

Brokerage economics turn on gross margin and margin percent. The dashboard leads with contribution per load and rolls it up by customer, lane, and rep.

Separate cost stacks

Asset and non-asset operations are costed independently in Segment Level Costing, then combined for network views — so neither side subsidizes the other.

Want to see the asset side too?
The Sample FreightMath Dashboard shows the same synthetic network from the truckload carrier's point of view, and Segment Level Costing explains how both cost stacks are built.
